Newspaper staff seeking biographical information on 32 area casualties during Vietnam War
Garwin, Gladbrook, Reinbeck men listed among casualties

MARSHALLTOWN – The Times-Republican newspaper is seeking information on 32 area men listed as casualties during the Vietnam War. This information will be used to supplement each man’s brief military biography as part of a series of articles beginning April 30 in the T-R and affiliated publications (Tama-Grundy Publishing). April 30 is the 50th anniversary marking the end of the Vietnam War. The series will acknowledge the ultimate sacrifice made by these men (No women service members were identified as casualties).
